1. Service Description & Operator Information
WhatsFlow is a proprietary multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platform developed, owned, and operated by inframindhq.online (“WhatsFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Official inquiries may be directed to support@inframindhq.online.
WhatsFlow enables businesses and organizations (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) to connect their telephone numbers, deploy conversational automation bots, utilize pre-built industry templates (such as appointment scheduling, product ordering, healthcare triage, lead qualification, and customer support), manage contacts, configure automated reply flows, and monitor conversational messaging through custom dashboards.
By creating an account, paying any fee, or utilizing any portion of the WhatsFlow platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Meta Platforms Inc. / WhatsApp Inc.
WhatsFlow is an independent software service operated by inframindhq.online. WhatsFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or corporate affiliates.
“WhatsApp” and “Meta”, along with related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Any references to WhatsApp or Meta on our website, inside the platform documentation, or within marketing materials are strictly descriptive and intended solely to explain interoperability and connection options with the WhatsApp messaging network.
3. Dual Connection Models & Technical Infrastructure
WhatsFlow offers customers two distinct technical tracks to connect telephone numbers and automate messaging. Each track operates under different technical architectures, capabilities, and compliance standards:
Track A: Self-Hosted Gateway (Unofficial WhatsApp Web Client)
This connection model connects your existing WhatsApp phone number to an automated gateway based on an unofficial, reverse-engineered WhatsApp Web client emulation rather than Meta’s official cloud infrastructure. It allows local businesses to run conversational flows on their primary phone number with flat-rate SaaS pricing and no per-conversation fees payable to Meta.
Key Characteristics: No Meta template pre-approval requirement; flat monthly rate; operates via web session pairing; subject to the critical ban-risk disclosures set forth in Section 4 below.
Track B: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (Official Enterprise Connection)
This connection model connects via Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), utilizing your business’s own verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and Meta Developer Application credentials. This track is engineered for high-volume broadcasts, marketing campaigns, and verified enterprise brand presence.
Key Characteristics: Fully sanctioned by Meta; zero risk of unauthorized client bans; requires official Meta template approvals; governed directly by Meta’s Business and Commerce Policies; subject to Meta’s official conversation fee schedules.
4. Explicit WhatsApp Ban-Risk Disclaimer & Customer Assumption of Risk
Critical Disclosure: Risk of Account Ban on the Self-Hosted Track
If you select or use the Self-Hosted Gateway connection (Track A), you expressly acknowledge that this gateway interacts with WhatsApp servers using an unofficial client emulation. Meta Platforms Inc. actively deploys automated algorithms designed to detect non-official automation, rapid message bursts, cold broadcasts, and user report spikes. As a direct consequence, WhatsApp reserves the unilateral power to rate-limit, temporarily restrict, or permanently ban the telephone number connected to your self-hosted instance at any time.
By connecting a number through the Self-Hosted Gateway track, you explicitly certify, understand, and agree that:
- Voluntary Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume full, sole, and exclusive responsibility for any operational, commercial, or reputational consequences resulting from a phone number being restricted or banned by WhatsApp.
- No Platform Liability: WhatsFlow, inframindhq.online, and its technical personnel have zero control over WhatsApp’s internal spam filtering, risk scoring, or moderation actions. Under no circumstances will WhatsFlow be held liable for any banned numbers, blocked SIM cards, loss of WhatsApp business history, interrupted communications, or lost sales leads.
- Best Practice Obligations: You agree to minimize ban exposure by only messaging users who have explicitly opted in, maintaining modest broadcast pacing, honoring opt-out keywords promptly, and using dedicated secondary numbers rather than your irreplaceable personal SIM.
- No Entitlement to Refund: As elaborated in Section 7, a WhatsApp ban does not constitute platform downtime or service failure by WhatsFlow, and strictly does NOT entitle you to any refund, credit, or chargeback.
5. Onboarding, Eligibility, & Administrative Approval
To maintain network integrity, protect downstream deliverability, and ensure regulatory compliance, WhatsFlow enforces a mandatory verification process for all prospective business accounts:
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Manual Administrative Approval: All new tenant registrations require manual review and approval by WhatsFlow administrators before full account activation. We evaluate your business details, planned message use cases, and compliance profile.
- Right to Decline: WhatsFlow reserves the absolute right to decline, reject, or request supplemental documentation from any business application that does not satisfy our compliance criteria or poses deliverability risks.
- Setup Fee Refund for Non-Approval: If your onboarding submission is rejected or not approved during this administrative review phase, any one-time setup fee paid will be 100% fully refunded to your original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use Policy & Messaging Compliance
Customers are strictly obligated to utilize the WhatsFlow platform in complete accordance with applicable laws, ethical commercial messaging standards, and telecommunication guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unsolicited Bulk Messaging (Spam): Sending broadcasts or marketing flows to telephone numbers that have not provided verifiable, prior affirmative consent (opt-in) to receive communications from your organization.
- Purchased or Scraped Lists: Importing, uploading, or messaging phone numbers acquired from third-party brokers, public directories, web scraping, or automated generation algorithms.
- Prohibited Goods & Services: Promoting, facilitating, or transacting in illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines, firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, gambling, unlicensed casino games, adult services, sexually explicit content, or predatory financial schemes.
- Deceptive & Malicious Content: Transmitting phishing attempts, fraudulent investment pitches, pyramid schemes, impersonations, counterfeit goods, spyware, or malware links.
- Harassment & Hate Speech: Engaging in abusive behavior, defamation, stalking, threats of physical violence, harassment, or discriminatory speech targeting individuals or protected classes.
WhatsFlow monitors system health and reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, with no prior notice and no entitlement to refund.
7. Billing, Pricing Tiers, Setup Fees, & Refund Policy
WhatsFlow operates on a transparent, flat-rate subscription structure designed to eliminate unexpected per-conversation surcharges:
- Pricing Plans: We offer tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Business, Pro, and Enterprise). Self-hosted gateway plans and Meta Cloud API tracks are priced differently based on infrastructure requirements, allocation of active contacts, and automated monthly campaign thresholds.
- No Per-Message Charges on Lower Tiers: Standard lower-tier plans feature flat monthly fees with no per-message platform charges within agreed threshold limits. Any usage exceeding agreed plan caps will be billed at specified overage rates.
- Billing Intervals: Subscription intervals are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring schedule, payable in advance of each billing period.
- Payment Processing: All payments, setup fees, recurring invoices, and transaction settlements are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited. WhatsFlow does not store raw payment card credentials.
- Setup Fee Refund Policy: The one-time setup fee charged during onboarding is 100% fully refunded if your account fails administrative review and is not approved for activation.
- Subscription Fees Non-Refundable: Once your account has been reviewed, approved, and activated, all recurring subscription fees paid for the active billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial credits, or adjustments for early cancellations or unused platform quotas.
- Plan Upgrades & Downgrades: Requested upgrades or downgrades will take effect at the inception of the next billing cycle, unless an immediate upgrade is specifically agreed upon with prorated billing adjustments.
- WhatsApp Ban Refund Exclusion: Cross-referencing Section 4 above, a connected WhatsApp phone number being restricted, flagged, suspended, or banned by WhatsApp or Meta does NOT entitle the customer to any refund, credit, or chargeback. Because the risk of ban is an inherent, disclosed technical characteristic of using an unofficial WhatsApp client that the customer accepted at signup, WhatsApp enforcement does not constitute platform failure by WhatsFlow.
8. Account Suspension, Restriction, & Termination Rights
Termination by WhatsFlow: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, without liability, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) subscription renewal payments fail or remain overdue; (c) your usage patterns generate excessive error rates or endanger platform infrastructure; or (d) we are required to do so by legal or regulatory mandate.
Termination by Customer: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings dashboard or by submitting a written cancellation request to support@inframindhq.online. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains operational until the end of the paid billing interval, after which subscription access terminates and data is scheduled for retention purge.
9. Customer Data Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
Customer Data Ownership: As between WhatsFlow and Customer, the Customer retains sole, exclusive ownership of and all intellectual property rights in and to all contact lists, subscriber phone numbers, CRM entries, and message content uploaded to or processed through your WhatsFlow workspace (“Customer Data”). WhatsFlow does not claim any proprietary ownership over your Customer Data.
Limited License to WhatsFlow: You grant WhatsFlow and inframindhq.online a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and transmit Customer Data strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the SaaS services, perform automated flows, generate operational analytics, and provide customer support.
WhatsFlow Proprietary Property: The platform architecture, software source code, flow builder interfaces, pre-built industry templates, logic algorithms, brand assets, logos, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of inframindhq.online and its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any portion of the platform without our prior written authorization.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless inframindhq.online, WhatsFlow, its officers, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the platform; (b) any message, campaign, or content transmitted through your account; (c) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (d) your violation of any applicable telecommunication or anti-spam legislation; or (e) any disputes between your business and end-user recipients.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to them or the WhatsFlow platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
